I love how I manage to use up scraps with Block Lotto every month. And these blocks were quick and easy – just what I needed to unwind during this stressful period.
I was surprised at how much I liked the gray/green/white combo. I may have to try that again sometime!
I love that shade of green with gray, too. I want to make a bed quilt with lots of grays and the thing that holds me up (besides lot of other projects going on) is deciding on what color(s) to combine with it. I loved the pineapple blossom blocks we made with yellow/gold and gray and scraps. I love gray combined with purple or with lime … and I think I’m adding your green to the list of possibilities.
Now you have me thinking…what if the white was a gray and the blossoms were a variety of greens.
Or reds to pinks.
Or purples.
Or scrappy!
