Modern Clovers – a finished quilt

I’ve been playing the block lotto for a long time, and have even had a good share of wins through the years.  I’ve enjoyed all the blocks I’ve won on the lotto, but these ones in particular were great fun to win, as I designed the block. For those of you who have come to the lotto recently and are thinking that these don’t look familiar, I won them back in May 2011, so yes, they’ve been around for a while. I put them into a top some time ago, but it’s only recently that they’ve become a finished quilt – I needed a quilt for an occasion, so out they came.   And I think they look great. If any of you can spot your block(s) in there – thanks!

  1. Thanks for sharing your finished quilt. I loved this little block and the colorful collection of clover blossoms really twinkle in your quilt.

  2. What a lovely quilt. I am a real fan of “en pointe” settings and this block is perfect for them. I’m sorry I didn’t discover this site years ago, but maybe I’ll just make a few of these blocks for my great-grandbaby’s quilt collection.

  3. Sweet quilt – As Sophie said: It does twinkle.

  4. This quilt looks great.
Doesn’t matter how long you have had the blocks for, you have used them. That’s wonderful
