Birds #2 or Block Lotto Revisited

The rest of my tall birds have been on my design wall for awhile.  I had made the center panel, arranged the birds (including the” twin”s in the lower right, one by me and one sent by Glenna), and even printed the Bible verses that are included, but still had a lot of space to fill.  Now around my design wall there is a set of block lotto blocks, one for each month, that I have been making and saving for a sampler.  I took some of them down and added them as fillers – perfect!  Even the colors worked.   I made new ones, though, so I still have the originals for my 2013 sampler.  I love the way this one turned out, and will be giving it to a friend for Christmas.
