Blocks in my mailbox
More little window blocks are arriving in my mailbox. Yesterday brought a surprise from Gail in Las Vegas. Loving the fussy cuts in the windows. Today saw packages from Margaret in Australia and her flapper prints were really nice; a flowered block from Helen in Nashville and blocks from Karen in Florida. I really am loving the ants in the cherry tree prints and the block with the blue sky background. A lady working at the church luncheon remarked upon seeing it that it looked like the sky as seen through a window. Really???
I am really getting excited about the future of this international flavored quilt. Thanks, ladies.
