Two hens and a darling chick from Sophie arrived today.  Thank you! They are so cute and I am in love with the little chick!

Thank you to Julianne K from California and Margaret R from Australia for the wonderful rooster blocks.  I bet they are wondering what hit them coming from sunny California and summery Australia and being ushered into the Arctic air and snow here in Michigan. Soon they will be wrapped up in batting!

One bold rooster made at Elizabeth’s house in her “chicken coop” with a view of stormy weather coming in across the Lake and rain hitting the windows.  I may get time to do more, as I love these blocks.  Increased the original pattern by 123% to get a 6.5 x 6.5...

Four October Dresden blocks were mailed to Australia yesterday. These blocks will time travel from a Michigan fall to an Australian spring!

Mailed the four barn door blocks off to Barbara on Thursday so they should arrive soon.
