This is my third one. Sigh. Had trouble with it. They always turned out slightly larger even though my squares were 2 1/2 and you can’t really trim them. Amazing how a tad on one seam can add up when you have 4 seam allowances. Got to have patience. Happy...

I take mailing my blocks very seriously. This morning I suddenly thought “did I mail mine?”. I was gone in the beginning of the month so out of my routine. I couldn’t remember if my life depended on it but … I couldn’t find it either. Nowhere! OMG. Thought of mailing Sophie to ask whether it is o.k. to make another one and what if I don’t have the same fabric any more. Sigh. Sigh. Sigh. And then I found it....

Didn’t really have the time but got to do the BL !!! I shared at my quilting group meeting yesterday. After I made the three templates as told I put them upside down in a bankers box lid and sprayed with 505 spray basting stuff. The templates will not move on the fabric and you can cut the three sides easily. I even layered the 4 red fabrics and it came out perfect. My friends loved the...
