  Among the other things I managed to do in my lovely 2 weeks off, I finally got a chance to make some lotto blocks. I didn’t have a lot of plaid fabric (the right hand two on the bottom row really are a plaid, just quite pale, with less contrast than the others).  These were the only 4 plaids I had in my stash, along with one psedo plaid – and none of them in large quantities, so I took the chance to make some more blocks...

Well, I haven’t made any blocks for April yet (must really see if I have any plaids!) or mailed my March blocks (post office closed until Tuesday due to Easter bank holidays) but I did do this particular lotto-related exercise today – I FINALLY put together the modern clover blocks I won back in the dark ages of whenever it was (apparently we made them in April 2011 – not as long ago as  I thought!).  I’ve laid them out...

I made these blocks at the weekend, but it’s been one of those weeks, and I just haven’t had a chance to post them yet.  At the moment, I’m trying to get rid of scraps rather than accumulate them, so I think I’ll donate my chances this...

My heart blocks went off to the winners (all three of them) today – hopefully, they’ll be with you soon.
