Thank you to Julie, Laurie, Karen, and Cathy, your beautiful blocks have arrived safely.  We will be out of touch for the next two weeks – no phone, no internet- hopefully my daughter will have a nice little stack of blocks waiting when we return.

Took a little trip over the weekend, so came home to a nice full box of squishies.  Received blocks from Angie, Sophie, Andrew, Laura, Pat K, Maria, and Gwen.  Thanks, everybody – they are all great.  It is fun to look at the different techniques people used to sew the circles in the middle, as well as the different fabric combinations.  Current count 52.

Blocks came today from Jen, Peggy, Linda N, Toni, and Elizabeth.  That brings my total to 35 – halfway there!

Yipee!  my mailbox was full of squishies today!  I got blocks from Ginny, Nann, Helen, Jude, Kathie, and Christa.  Thanks ladies, they are all beautiful, and look great together.

This makes a total of 6 for me. I went out and bought a couple of fat quarter bundles, didn’t look too close, just needed some more white backgrounds.  Cute polka dots, a floral, and out the door.  When I washed them, I discovered  1) that the floral has cats in it (very cute!),  2) that the two bundles coordinated perfectly and were  3)  just right for a pattern I have on my to-do list.  So, before I could make Block Lotto blocks with...
