Hi, Here are 3 Cupid arrows, hoping to get more done this month. I often intend to have blocks ready for the virtual quilt but don’t get around to doing the photography. Here are my three double 9 blocks, sewn in the correct configuration. My 3 wrong ones had black-on-black as the background. I blame it one end of year madness. Good luck to everyone for this month. Thanks Sophie for all your hard work....

Hi everyone   My MMQAL sampler flimsy is now completed (even before the end of the year), with a couple of minor modifications to the original pattern. Primarily for colour balance and excluding inaccurate window blocks. This was a fantastic exercise, all the fabric used was from my stash. Hence the different background fabrics, 4.5 metres of white would have been just enough but only had 2 of white and probably over 2 of the batik...

Here are 8 Big O block components. Again the problem was working out the O fabrics, the blocks went together fairly easily. Hopefully these are okay. Thanks Sophie for the wonderful year of Block Lotto, such enthusism in spite of your difficulties. Your efforts are very much appreciated. Best wishes, and speedy recovery....

Here is an update of my MMQAL except for this month’s Xs. It has helped to see Sophie’s sampler to know how many with white or lavender backgrounds to make. Possibly some minor alterations will be made (backgrounds for some of the windows). It is great to have a tangible record of the year’s blocks as opposed to virtual ones....
