Log cabin roses quilt finally finished

This block was my first encounter with Block Lotto back in 2010, although I only started posting in 2012. My initial blocks used yellow roses but I really wanted purple tones for my quilt. The quilt has been sitting in the cupboard for several years, sandwiched and pinned. What I would like for 2017

Hi Sophie, Thanks for a great year of block making. I like the 6 1/2 inch size for postage ease. I have joined the mystery quilt making but I think it gets a bit big and I probably would not do another. Maybe your idea of a sampler would be better. I was considering taking that path next year anyway even if was not a stated block lotto plan. I joined in 2011, but lurked for a couple of years before then.
