Although I posted the flimsy more than a year ago the quilt was finally finished last week, despite being professional long arm quilted in Sept/Oct last year. In fairness a baby’s cot quilt was also completed using these winnings but did not take a photo, sorry for the contributors not to see their included blocks. I used purple and green ones then. I hope to have my backlog of 5 or 6 finished this year. Is that just wishful thinking?...

Twinkles on their way to Christa

Hi, My twinkle blocks will be on their way to Christa later today. Sorry about the delay as I decided that I need to wash the blocks to try to prevent the red running. They were  rinsed about 4 times in warm-hot water to make sure the red was stable, the water was only light  pinkish in the first couple of rinses. These fabrics were already washed before they were used in block construction. Congratulations to all this months winners....
