Just checking in. Received my blocks from Su last Friday, and my 9 patch blocks went in the mail to Cathy and Linda today. The new blocks for March are cute!

Thank you Karen B for the four beautiful fireball blocks. I picked them up from Elizabeth yesterday as she accidentally received them. An easy thing to do since both of us live in Grand Haven and we sew together every Friday. I will be getting the last of the winnings at our March guild meeting from Myrna and Su, as they have been traveling this month. Thank you all for the fabulous blocks!

Since I posted last I have received blocks from Carole, Karen B, Kathy S, Linda W, Margaret, Nann, Sharon, and Vivi. Just 3 more squishies to go. These blocks look great together, in fact they are more alike than most block lotto blocks I have seen, color wise, and will make a great quilt. Thanks, everybody!

I opened my stack of mail last night and there were ten envelopes of exciting fireball blocks from the following people: Barb K, Christa (thank you for the gift of an extra block bringing my total to 53 too!), Julie W, Kathy S, Linda W, Margaret, Nann, Susan and Sharon. It was so much fun seeing all the different fabrics and spotting some I had in my own stash. I’ll be on the look out for the remaining six envelopes and will let you know...

Today, I (Susan) mailed my blocks. 4 of them. I’m sorry I forgot to whom I mailed them, but I discarded the list when I addressed the envelope two days ago. Ooops! The P. O. receipt says they are on their way to Michigan, though!
