Another good choice of block and color, Sophie! I have been working on Pineapple blocks which means lots of little pieces so it was nice to get to play with a simpler block. Sunday afternoon was the perfect time to take a “quilt break” and try out this month’s block.  I have seen the quilts using gray in the magazines and liked the look.  Really like the individual blocks, but not too excited about them in combination, so will donate my chances this month to somebody who will enjoy them...
