Oh I was so happy to be sending off my envelopes today! It takes about a month for them to arrive so don’t hold your breath!! I had another very lucky day at the post office only 3 people ahead of me and they were all fast ones so I was in and out in 1/2 an hour that’s a record!! YIPPIIEE!!! I love this Block Lotto! Hi, My first squishie has arrived!!! I almost drove past the mailbox, with my mind on other things, but am I ever glad I stopped. A wonderful envelope from Surrey, BC awaited me. So Nicole’s blocks got to Nova Scotia first.  Now to open the package to see what surprises are there! Wow!!   They are so sweet. Now I am really getting excited about the quilt to be! Thanks Nicole for the wonderful start to my next quilt....

Sent the windows last week to Canada to Gwen and yesterday to Elizabeth.  Enjoy.  Sorry, couldn’t get some american stamps for a while. 😉

This gave me the perfect excuse to take a day off from exterior painting and catch up on some things. One of those things was packaging and mailing squishies to Canada and New Zealand. So, Gwen and Maree, your blocks are on their way from Ocean Park, Washington. Congratulations!

Karen, my blocks are going in the post to you tomorrow – sorry to take a while to get them posted, but it’s been a very busy week (I work in a school, and it’s the first week back – haven’t quite adjusted yet!).    

I received windows blocks from Mary Jane, Jude, Sophie and Dena today. My postman is curious about all the chubby envelopes from far and wide… Jude, your block is spooky-great and shows you have very well-developed skulls.

Maree and Mary Jane, your blocks are on their way. Have fun with them. Just about forgot….Karen has hers too, she was out walking and stopped by!

I have received blocks from Andrew, Deana and Ginny.  They are all wonderful.  It is so much fun to see all the different windows.  I still have to decide which of the ones I made I am going to keep and which ones to send.
