Domesticated Animal Blocks

I call this Cat a “Patchwork Calico Cat” since I used all old fashioned calicos to make her … Am really running out of time to make another pet block but I can TRY! It is from an old issue of Quilter’s Newsletter magazine from the early to mid 90’s and I downsized it to fit our requirements.

Love what others have made so far … some really nice creative blocks.

I just love this block. It reminds me of the 3 calico cats I have had over the years. Thanks.

I love your block … and added it to my someday list. It made me think of the poem about the Gingham Dog and the Calico Cat.

What a wonderfully fabulous block!!! OH Ya, I’m gonna put this down on my “To Do” list!! I have a wonderful Calico Cat – I just think we need to make her a quilt out of this block!!! She’s the best cat in the world!!! Great Work!!
