September Tulips

Well, I checked my blocks and it looks like I am one of those people who doesn’t follow directions well!!!  I have 2 blocks that don’t fit the rules!  But I had made 2 more, so I still have 9 for the drawing and 2 for the misfit toys!!!!    lol    Still hoping I win some of these blocks!!!!!
