Rail Variation

I have three this month.  I liked all the layout possibilities.
I have been trying for 2 weeks to attach the picture. The only thing I see is add Media, and that is to the Block Lotto site. I don’t want to miss the drawing. Can someone send me the instructions on how I attach the picture to my post?
