Three birds so far

I love these birds, and so does my little girl. I made three so far for the lotto.

My daughter thought that she needed some too and is starting to design a quilt around some long-legged birds. Apparently there will be water and trees and fish and and and…So far, I’ve made only two wading birds in the jungle.

    Mother/daughter project. Love it! How old is your daughter? Is she sewing herself? Might have to steal that idea. Some birds in the air, some in the jungle … Thanks for sharing.
